1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at watchmyiptv.com or purchasing any IPTV subscription, credit package, or trial service from Watchmyiptv, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Service Description & Subscriptions

Watchmyiptv provides access to digital media streams, live television channels, on-demand video (VOD), and Electronic Program Guide (EPG) metadata over public broadband internet connections. Subscription plans are offered on fixed durations (3 months, 6 months, and 12 months) on a one-time payment basis. We do not engage in automatic recurring billing unless explicitly arranged.

3. Acceptable Use & Account Security

Each standard subscription line is provisioned for single-household private viewing. You may configure the account across your multiple personal devices, but simultaneous streaming across multiple screens is restricted according to your purchased plan limits (1 connection for standard plans, up to 2 connections for extended plans). Sharing, reselling, or public broadcasting of personal subscription credentials without authorized reseller status is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account revocation without refund.

4. Channel Availability & Server Maintenance

While Watchmyiptv strives for 99.9% network availability, occasional temporary disruptions may occur due to upstream satellite feeds, transponder recalibrations, or internet service provider routing issues. We perform regular maintenance during off-peak hours to preserve streaming fidelity and add new programming.

5. Governing Law
